About Aria...

Undoubtedly, it was through my car accident that I received the gift of life and rebirth. Literally and metaphorically: on my 14th birthday, I almost died several times. Instead, I was reborn with a new chance at life and a completely different perspective on what is possible.

I received the gift of Joy and Gratitude, no matter what my external circumstances look or feel like. My psychic gifts immediately opened, and I also received the gift of Intuition and energy awareness, which has become my life mission.

I knew in the depths of my being, despite what doctors and specialists told me, that they were wrong and I was capable of so much more than their limited past experience. I knew that my body was capable of healing on all levels and in all frequencies of vibration.

I am not a healer, teacher, or guide in the traditional sense. I do not want lifelong clients who rely on me: I help people heal themselves. I am a channel of Universal energy, which I see as a three part essence and term "NRG." I help you awaken the healer within you by giving you the tools for physical, energetic, and emotional sovereignty.

“ Thank you for your invaluable assistance in my rehabilitation. From your teaching I realized ways to make my physician’s rehabilitation program even more effective. Your own introduction to the principles and practice of yoga were perfectly tailor-made to the disabilities I’m dealing with. There are people who stand out in their practice and seem to have a special calling and special ability to do what they do. In your area of expertise, you are one of those people. Thank you for your help and continuing best wishes to you.”

“A few years ago, I had chronic pneumonia, which means that I was constantly having pneumonia. Aria, the forever patient teacher, taught me meditation to calm my worried mind. She made body, mind, and spirit stronger. Even my doctor was in awe at my progress. Previously, I had to use an inhaler everyday. Aria taught me how to breathe correctly, freeing me from steroids and inhalers. Her peaceful composure and her non-prejudice attitude motivated and comforted me on the road to recovery and beyond. It got to the point where I was so confident in her healing abilities that I would get gift certificates for all my friends (they all loved her too). Recently, my husband had a major lung surgery and her breathing exercises and gentle movements helped speed up his recovery considerably. We love Aria, not only as a teacher, but as a beautiful human being. Anyone would be blessed to have her as an instructor.”

"When I first started seeing Aria I had severe neck problems. As part of my rehab from disk surgery I started taking private yoga lessons with her. She adapted a routine specially to stretch my neck and to strengthen my core. Always with a smile her instruction helped get me back to the active person I was before my operation. Beyond her obvious skills and vast knowledge of yoga she is a also a wonderful person. Drama free and always punctual she is an ideal teacher. I have trained with her for over five years and never once has she lost enthusiasm or rushed our sessions."

Healing . . .

My healing methodologies synthesize spiritual, physical, and energetic pathways to wholeness. Choosing to heal requires resilience in the face of tragedy. It requires trust in yourself and an unwavering belief that you are worthy of and capable of healing. The future is yours, and it is quite malleable.

Physical healing requires focus and dedication. I've done the work, and I continue to do so every single day. Given the proper nutrition, movement patterns, and support: your physical body will heal because healing is what we are meant to do. Spiritual and emotional healing walk hand-in-hand with physical healing. We must dive into the depths of our being to rediscover and re-ignite our purpose and soul contracts. We must view every day as a gift and not something owed to us because only with Gratitude, are all things possible.

Gratitude is the act of being humble and open to whatever pathway Divine Source has in store for us. Listening intently, and making the conscious decision to follow this path, no matter what.

The Nitty Gritty/The Stats:
I graduated as a double major from the UCLA Honors Program. I'm a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with a specialty in Prenatal and Postnatal, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. In 2012, was certified as a Birth Doula through the Birth Doula Organization of America. I also hold a professional certification in grant writing and have published as a freelance magazine writer since 1999.

I hold over 15,000 hours of teaching experience and over 1200 hours of formal teacher training. Over the last twenty-three years of practice, I have studied in the systems of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivinanda, Yin, Forrest, Prana, Power Yoga, Anusara, SmartFlow and Qi Gong.  I have attended 100+ births and supported hundreds more as a birth labor prep coach.

I'm a certified Reiki 1 + 2 + Master Practitioner. I'm a certified Mindfulness Life Coach. I'm a student of the International Association of Consciousness Development Program. I've studied Barbara Brennan's healing methodologies of  how to use the Human Energy Field to heal (Hands of Light + Light Emerging.) I've studied traditional Shamanism in order to understand the various entryways into the Upper, Middle, and Lower Worlds. I work with my own version of Perelandra healing methodologies, often termed the Medical Assistance Program. I've experienced and undergone over six years of Past Life Regression Therapy under the guidance of a Brian Weiss - trained and certified Psychiatrist. I'm familiar with using The Emotion Code, a form of magnet therapy and kinesiology (body muscle testing) healing. I'm deeply influenced by quantum-minded, epigenetic thought leaders like Dean Radin, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Dr. Bruce Lipton. I believe that the Source Consciousness is the Infinite Creator, most often termed God or the Great Spirit. In order to heal, I ask that you connect to your personal spiritual beliefs, be they based on traditional religious systems or your own. My spiritual inspiration comes from a variety of sources, including  The Holy Bible, the Gnostic Gospels, The Seth Material, The Law of One. All of these further strengthen my own personal spiritual experiences and belief systems. I sometimes consult the Celtic Runes as a form of guidance: like any guidance tool - these are merely glimpses into my current state and not a fixed blueprint.

Life is a Journey, a beautiful Gift. Let's live it in harmony, strength and Joy!
