Service Description

Our session includes grounding breath work, followed by a meditation and NRG cleanse. Minimal to no physical movement. My meditation techniques draw from 25 years of study and are tailored towards your interests, beliefs and needs. Meditation and NRG work helps us connect to the eternal self, the energetic you that is unconfined to physical form, function or appearance. The energetic you is connected to all possibilities through a morphogenetic field that contains the full potential of creation. Your energetic self is sovereign, healthy and free. 45 - 60 min long. Available in person or virtually. In-person sessions may incur a travel fee.
